Mail classifications/add a line in the message body

Hi All

I want to add the "Came from External domain" word in the message body to all incoming mail from outside my organization.

Is this possible via Cisco Mail Gateway? If so, can you give me the link or guide me through the process?

I appreciate any help you can provide.
