you just need to disconnect

you just need to disconnect the sesstion and reconnect again, and the prompt will change to normal state

Because It's mandatory requirement, but doesn't mean it's not supported Cisco put a a restriction on enable/disable LAG in HA. you should disable HA first then enable or disable LAG, then reconfigure HA again
