Does anyone know if its possible to pull raw data from the VCS Control or Expressway using the API? I'm looking at pulling statistics such as current calls, dropped calls, and record this in a database.

Thanks for the response. We've tested that way and it seems to work fine, was wondering if there was a more streamlined way or integrated way of doing it.
