Hi,
I upgraded an SRP521W to 1.1.1 beta (Cant find the production version on CCO). When I edit the wireless settings it tells me that for security reasons it is changing the encryption to AES. I try to change back to TKIP as this is what our laptops are running but the only option now available is AES. Security setting is WPA Personal. Is this a bug. Should TKIP be available? Thanks.

If you are in 802.11n or mixed mode, this is expected as the WiFi alliance has explicitly asked wireless vendors to not allow TKIP for the high throughput rates in 802.11n. If you use other modes where 802.11n is not an option then TKIP will be allowed. Also, I should note that with WPA2 its strongly recommended to use AES, not TKIP because of below:

Thanks Maulik. We are in mixed mode so I guess that is why the option is not there.
