Does Jabber Web SDK support sRTP

Hi,

Does Jabber SDK support sRTP? If so which version of SDK onwards support is added. Any documentation in this regard is appreciated.

Hi Jeff,

No, the Jabber SDK Voice/Video does not support sRTP.  It's not currently on the roadmap.  It's non-trivial to support sRTP properly in any browser environment.  The fact that it's a browser creates complications because the necessary certificate is normally stored on a per-phone basis, and the browser is not a single phone.

Its been more than 1.5 years since I asked the question. Did sRTP support got added to Jabber SDK? If not id there any chance that will get added in future?

No change: currently unsupported, not aware of any near-term roadmap for sRTP support.
