Remote Expert Mobile not working on android when using authentication

It's working on web version but not working on android version.

And when I dont use authentication, it's working fine.

It loads forever without any errors or crashes.

It's the log:

I'm  using the latest patch 11.5.1.10000-22.ES4

Any idea how to fix this?

Can you confirm which version of android application you are using? is it REM android drop 22? (rem_android_SDK-11.5.1.10000-22.zip as ES4 is server side patch).
