is JTAPI stable?

Hi All,

I use JTAPI for the CUCM (9.0)  in my application, some time it works well as my exception, while other times, some "cti manager timeout", "cannot meet the pre-condition" or "cannot meet the post condition" errors occurs.

Does anyone have suggestions to fix the stability issues in my environment?

Hi Simon,

  I don't think there are any stability issues with JTAPI. 'cannot meet the pre-condition' typically indicates that application is doing some thing that is not allowed (e.g. trying to answer a call that is already connected etc).

Can you describe the call scenario and the API used? JTAPI log covering the scenario will be helpful as well.
