Java getphone

Trying to use java getphone from command line to get registered devices but getphone returned invalid registration state for the DX650.  This is the return from getphone

Device: Cisco DX650,SEP689CE2E7012A,false

The DX650 is registred in CUCM. 

Keep in mind, risport AXL API returns "Registered".

Anyone know why jtapi getphone is returning incorrect state?

getPhone is not part of JTAPI.  Are you talking about AXL getPhone?  If so, please share your code so we can have a look at it.
