JTAPIProperties.updateCertificate failure reason= 0

Trying to establish a TLS connection to CUCM and get this exception thrown when calling CiscoJtapiProperties.updateCertificate().

java.lang.Exception:  JTAPIProperties.updateCertificate : Certificate update failed, reason= 0 UpdateCertificate failed'

What does this mean?

Both the CTLFile.tlv.sgn and JtapiServerKeyStore-*-* files appear in the location specified by the cert path but the JtapiClientKeyStore-*-* file is missing.

Any ideas?
