Question for the JTAPI masters: Is there a way to retrieve the original address when there are several CTI ports chained together via Call Forwarding?
Example:
CTI x (Line 1 - "111")
Forward unregistered Internal/External set to "222"
CTI y (Line 1 - "222")
Forward unregistered Internal/External set to "333"
CTI z (Line 1 - "333")
CTI x and y are unregistered. CTI z is registered. User dials "111". CTI x forwards call to CTI y, which forwards to CTI z. CTI z processes the call. Is there a way to retrieve the original address ("111") here?
