Upgrading DNAC unable to ssh maglev@<my DNAC IP> Password doesn't work

I can login fine on the console with the maglev user + Password.  Trying to SSH to copy the catalog file over from anywhere else and the maglev username/password just keeps failing.  What am I missing?
