Hi,
I used the deployment and configuration guide for socialminer11.5 to be integrated with ucce11.5 for task routing. In the mean Social miner is added as an external machine on CCE administration web successfully. and all configurations are done. I am facing 2 issues where they might be related:
- SoicialMiner Indexer is not starting
- on the Hardware server status it says "Unsupported deployment profile"
- MR PG is not starting --> Pim logs " (probably related to indexer?)
PG2A-pim1 Peripheral: 5002, sending OPC: PIM_OK_ACK, acknowledgment for command: PIM_CONFIGURE_REQ (Trans ID: 0).

How can I debug such issue on indexer, what can be the reason this service is not starting. The system automatically enables and completes the CCE Configuration for Multichannel Routing settings so what can be wrong or what needs to be checked?
