Hi All,
My client had deployed Cisco jabber.
But we found that when Cisco Jabber login on iPhone (6 and 7)
But after they click out the Cisco jabber (without clear the cache), after few hours, they found the Cisco Jabber would not ring and cannot call in since the phone service is logout. (internal or external had the same behavior)
Does anyone how which I need to tune up?
Thanks

Hi,
Two things you need to check whether auto-signout is enabled on the mobile client. Also, check whether this is taking place after roaming between networks.

Hi Mohammed,
Thanks for comment.
Checked and the auto sign out set on never sign out.
Although roaming is done, suppose the Cisco jabber can auto login again. Because they use in iPhone, roaming should be happened as they would move from one place to another.
Thanks

Yes it should auto-connect. Is this the case for all iPhone users or some of them. When it disconnects, what do you do to get it working again?

Hi,
what version of CM you are running. You may change to APNS signaling to wake up application when in background and to logon.
We also had similar problem in the past that was caused by wrong SIP timer settings in the extension profile. The timer for reregistration was too short and the device has been unregistered by the system.
