Any road map for Jabber (Win / MAC) to use with CME 12 ? if not, what's the replacement ? Most of our end customer wants to know...

We had Jabber (desktop) working with CME some time ago but did not keep up with it. The version of Jabber that is supported on CME is now end of support. Jabber has changed quite a bit and the current version does not even register with CME. It's going to take us some effort to get it working again. However it is on our roadmap. We don't discuss roadmap details on the forums, but if you reach out to your account team or partner team they can get you a bit more detail.

The BE4k uses the same code under the covers as CME. So we have the same challenge there.

It’s BE4K so anything that comes will be on that platform
