Jabber ScreenCapture Vs Insert File

Can we make Jabber client enable only for Jabber ScreenCaputre but not file insert or file transfer button in Cisco Jabber client?

My organization does not allow file transfer through the jabber but it is fine to use screencapture.

Please advise.

What prevents you, from making tests on your own?

I don't think, that screen capture will work, when you disable File Transfer.
Because a screen capture is still a file, which you have to transfer.
