What PCD needed to upgrade 12.5 to 15.0?

We are planning to upgrade UCM 12.5 to 15.0; What PCD version should we install 12.X or 15.X or anyone works?

You need PCD v15.

Always refer to the PCD Administration Guide; it provides information on supported tasks and the versions between which PCD Tasks  are possible.

Cisco also releases PCD corresponding to each version of CUCM they release. Similar to upgrading CUCM, there are upgrade files that Cisco provides for PCD. AFAIK They are not backward compatible.
