I had the same problem.
In my case, the problem was in AD. In "user properties" check 'Log on to" option. If it restricts user logon, try to change to "able to log on at any workstation computer that is joined to the domain".

Hi ,
Are the users pulled from AD?
Please check if the users are able to login into CCM End user page.

And what did you find in the problem report?

It's working now!
I just asked AD team to move the users to different group and this solve the issue.
I don't have enough experience about AD but mabye Aleksey Ivanov solution is correct :)
Thanks guys for your great support.

Hi
I have a problem, with the Jabber, when they want to log in from a laptop, has been working normally until last week, today users can not log in, since it shows an incorrect user error and password, I thought the AD key it could be wrong but it does not show any error,
Call Manager is synchronized with an AD WS 2008, the strange thing is that if I can access the ccmuser page with their domain credentials and everything is fine, so it is not a domain code issue
Call Managers is version 11.5 IM&P with 11.5
Has something similar happened to you?
regards
Carlos P.
