From finesse events can we determine who hang up the call?
I mean if agent hang-up the call or customer hangs up the call, will we get some different data in event to determine that?

It seems that Finesse does not make any assumptions about which participant initiated the call drop. The Participant list of the Dialog event yields details about which Participant INITIATED the call and HELD the call, however, not for DROPing the call.
