state

-See sample screen pop data when a call is presented to the

login. one use CTI agent and the other use Finesse agent. CTI agent is
successfully dial Finese agent, but Finesse agent fails to dial CTI
agent. The call hangs forever.

A new developer release has been posted that supports makecall (but not Callvariables).

It is available in the Tools section of the Finesse Documentation page here
