Currently using UCCE 8.0.1 and ICM 8.0.1 and we are trying to retrieve the Client Matter
Code the user inputs when placing a call. Is there CTI variable or parameter that
represents the Client Matter Code when a user inputs the code. I saw in the CTI OS
developers guide there is a function and parameters under that function that represents
the Client Matter Code. Not sure how to grab the data. Is there a way we can grab it from
ICM as well?
