Hi,
In the installation manual, it mentions "Post Installation" procedure, but I can't see any reference as to how to kink start this process. After installtion, all I get is the CLI login prompt. But according to the docs, I should "see the Cisco Media Sense First Server Setup Wizard". I see no such thing. I have installed twice to see if I missed anything, but I don't think I did. I was also supposed to see a link of some sort.
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks.

Hi Nick,
Fiannly got it to work. Don't know what I did wrong. I now face a different problem. I can't seem to configure the Call Control Service Provider. Screen shot is provided.
Thanks.

Hello Chikeobi,

You may be receiving this error because you might not have configured the DNS server at the time of installation.

You should try condiguring the DNS server using the "set network dns" CLI command and try this screen again.

Thanks,
Mayank

Hi Mayank,
I didn't configure DNS because step 14 in the installation says to set it to NO. In anycase, setting it to yes would mean also configuring reverse lookup. That is problematic in my environment.
I did configure it, though and the problem persists.
