Is it possible that you can attach API log (not cti debug) so we can look into more detail ?The log location is in the sample code configuration file.

Is it possible that you can attach API log (not cti debug) so we can look into more detail ?The log location is in the sample code configuration file.

Also please remove basic mode see if it fix the problem

i removed the option "no cti csta mode basic" and this fix the problem.
