Finesse - ICM and UCM Call IDs

Can anyone clarify for me, if it is possible to get the CUCM (Jtapi) Call ID via the Finesse API.

And also the ICM Router Call Key Day and Router Call key IDs?

These were available via CTIOS, but unsure if its possible with Finesse.

I know I could set a custom or PV variable in an ICM script to set the ICM router CallKeys.

But it would be nice if it was available without having to script for it and use up a PV or custom ECC.

Hi Gerry,

For the CUCM Call Id, this is available in the Finesse API as the dialog's id.

The ICM Router Call Key Day and Call Key Id is currently not available in the Finesse API, but will be coming in the upcoming release of 11.6.
