My company uses finesse for two call centers. We have an intranet site for our admins where we have useful tools and information. I am wanting to put a page on our admin intranet site with some stats on Finesse. I am looking to start really simple. I have found some documentation on how to make a gadget and some information on how to make REST calls. I really just want to find a simple Hello World type code that shows me how to start making calls to Finesse. Is there a simple guide with code? Most of the Finesse documentation that I find referenced is now missing. Can someone point me in the right direction?
