Finesse PeopleSoft Integration

Hi All,

I was exploring options to integrate Finesse with PeopleSoft. Also i am not the developer but have basic programming knowledge.

If anyone has any experience please give me idea how we can achive this.

I have also checked WorkFlow as well and i am going to try that one.

But at this time until i get Dev Environment just exploring options (Customized Gadgets/Workflow).

Could you provide the specific features you are interested in integrating. And, whether you are trying to send data into or out of Finesse.
