How can I set the user's role to administrator in the finesse API?

Hi guys.

There are some function in finesse javascript API can not be called unless administrator.

,but I can set the user's role to the agent,supervisor in addition to the administrator.

Anyone knows?

You can't change the role of an agent or supervisor to administrator. To use Admin API's, you need to specify the admin credentials that were input during the Finesse Install (the same credentials that are used to log into the Finesse Admin)
