Hi,

Currently our application is running with CTI OS. As I saw there is EOL for this.

So do we need to migrate to finesse. If so what are the things that I need to consider for this migration.

And also we are using ICM, so if we migrate to finesse is there any impact in this regard.

Thanks In Advance

Hi Viswa,

Please find the answer below given from the CTIOS Team.

If you are using the same PG for finesse then no need to migrate any data because all the configuration are located on UCCE end and finesse is just a client which connects directly to CTI Server. Only thing which will be change is CTIOS silent monitoring. With finesse, customer need to found an alternative for the same but that is applicable only if CTIOS Silent monitoring was in use.You need to follow the finesse install and config guide to implement the installation.

If you want to move to another PG pair then you need to reconfigure all the required PG configurations from scratch with the new PG. Although we do have a Bulk config tool available but  that also limits to few configurations only.
Refer to UCCE configuration guide for more details on bulk config tools.

Thanks and Regards,
