Not Ready Codes across multiple PGs/Finesse Servers

Hi,

One of our customers is on UCCE platform with multiple PGs (and Finesse Servers). The customer has a single custom desktop instance connecting to multiple Finesse Servers via the API.

As each of the Finesse Servers has its own not ready codes, the Not ready codes on Finesse Server 1 is different to Finesse Server 2.

Is there easy anyway to 'sync' the not ready codes on Finesse Server 1 and 2? One of the options is to manually reconfigure the NR codes to match but this is a very tedious exercise and will not future proof the solution.

another option is for the customer to develop its own database/list for the not ready codes per Finesse Server but I was told that this is a complex solution.

Any advice is appreciated.

Hi Erwin,

I am not aware of a way to sync up the Not ready reason codes between multiple Finesse servers.

Even manually reconfiguring the NR codes to match will not be a piece of cake because the reason code id, which is what is needed for the api, is assigned incrementally. So, you would have to add, then delete dummy codes to make the ids match before adding the real codes.
