way to figure out by which finesse server an agent logs in

Hello.

I have a UCCE 10.5 customer building an agent monitoring application and asking if there is a way to find out by which finesse server an agent logged in.

I think there is no way of doing so with CUIC and other reporting data within UCCE but it seems to require some custom development.

Is there any Finesse API to get such information ?

Or would it be possible by all-event client ?

Hi,

I am not aware of a way to find out which Finesse server the agent used to log in. Finesse doesn't send that information over during the login, so I doubt CCE knows either.
