APIC-EM (v1.4.1.1159) hung at boot after factory reset

Hi all,

After factory restore APIC-EM (v1.4.1.1159) virtual machine, it doesn't boot. Console screen shot is in the attachment. System hung here for long period of hours.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

did you try power cycling the VM, then running "reset_grapevine" when you get a prompt, and say "n" to all the questions.

I did power reset couple of times, no grapevine prompt appears. So couldn't key in any command.

What is the contents of /var/log/boot.log?

Sorry, I preferred re-install the apic-em. Not sure why factory-restore failed earlier.
