Yogesh Ramdoss is a Principal Engineer in CX/TAC organization at Cisco Systems.  He possess 22 years of industry experience in computer networking and have expertise in Datacenter/Enterprise Networking Technologies. He is a Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert (CCIE) and Google Cloud certified Cloud Architect and Machine Learning Engineer. He is passionate in sharing knowledge with customers and partners and has been recognized as CiscoLive Distinguished Speaker twice. He has co-authored two books - Network Analysis using Wireshark 2 Cookbook (Packt Publication) and Containers in Cisco IOS-XE, IOS-XR, and NX-OS: Orchestration and Operation (Cisco Press Publication). He holds a graduate degree in computer engineering from North Carolina State University and holding a patent in Behavioral Machine Learning.

Branden Varney is a Technical Leader in the CX/TAC organization. He is a Data Center Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert (CCIE) with 10 years industry experience. He has been on multiple TAC teams that support the Unified Computing System (UCS), Data Center Network Manager (DCNM), Nexus Dashboard (ND), Multilayer Director Switch (MDS) and Nexus. He enjoys finding new ways to better support Cisco Data Center customers and enable the TAC to provide the best support possible. He holds a bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
