AnyConnect cannot connect to Packaged Contact Center Enterprise 11.5(1) Sandbox...

Hello,

I have reserved the new sandbox "Packaged Contact Center Enterprise 11.5(1) Sandbox" and try to connect it's VPN using AnyConnect but I am getting below error messages:

AnyConnect cannot verify server: devnetsandboxlabs.cisco.com

    - Certificate has expired.

    - Certificate is from an untrusted source.

Connecting to this server may result in a severe security compromise!

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Snehal,

On the initial certificate warning, you need to accept that it's self signed to continue.  Please verify that you are accepting at the initial warning?

Also we've had some recent problems with some of the PCCE labs.  If accepting the warning does not resolve the issue, please try to cancel your current reservation and create a new one.

Most users do not connect to untrusted servers unless the reason for the error condition is known.

I resolved this issue by connecting to VPN from "Network Setting" of Ubuntu.

Actually initially I was try to connect from terminal using "vpn connect hostname" command and I was not able to connect it. But now I am connected from "Network Setting"
