I scheduled a reservation for a PCCE sandbox to commence at 7 AM (CDT) today 7/24.
The reservation started on time on PCCE sandbox RAVE35, but hit a problem during provisioning on Customer Voice Portal 11.5 PCCE-003.
Error: General Execution
Description: Queued command expired due to time-to-live timeout.
This cascaded leaving the sandbox reserved, but in state: Active with error.
In this state the sandbox is not operational.
I ended the reservation, but have not been able to reserve another PCCE sandbox (they appear to be in demand).
Attempts have been failing with error: the given key was not present in the dictionary (sounds like Python to me).
Please advise.
