UCCX_EarlyRelease - Cisco Unified CCX Administration page

Cisco Unified CCX Administration page menu page doesn't operate.   Clicking on the System, Applications, Subsystems, Wizards, Tools and Help menu options do not operated.   

Does anybody have a fix?

Changing from Chrome to Firefox resolved issue.

Hi Dennis,

UCCX and Finesse work best when using Firefox as you've discovered. This is simply a browser compatibility issue that exists in finesse. To help clarify this issue for users, I've updated the instructions in the General and Admin Tabs to encourage users to use finesse:
