Unable to connect to reserved sandbox session (Contact Center Enterprise) via AnyConnect

Hi,

    I reserved Contact Center Enterprise sandbox session and now it is active. I also received email with IP Address and credentials. I downloaded "Cisco AnyConnect Secure mobility client" as instructed and installed on my windows machine. When i am trying to connect, it is giving me error "Connection attempt has timed out. Please verift internet connectivity." and unable to connect to reserved session.

 

Message history from client is :

[7/12/2016 1:43:05 PM] Contacting 64.103.37.4.

[7/12/2016 1:43:20 PM] Connection attempt has failed.

[7/12/2016 1:43:20 PM] Unable to contact 64.103.37.4.

 

Please help to check and advise what needs to be done.

Hello Venkatesh,

I took a look at our active reservations and it doesn't seem that you currently have a Contact Center Enterprise lab currently reserved. Could you please send me your DevNet username so I check if you have any active reservations?
