Team - trying to complete the Devnet Lab on IoX and stuck at this step:

The issue: when I issue the command:
ioxclient application install ioxapp_bjc_01 package.tar
it FAILS and I get back:

IS THIS AN ERROR IN THE LAB INSTRUCTIONS ? PLEASE HELP
