Hi everybody,

we have a Contact Center system, UCCE, CVP and CUCM-A, and we have another CUCM-B integrated with CUCM-A through intercluster trunck.

when we try to call (from UCCE-B) a dialed number in UCCE to reach the IVR through the intercluster, we can here the audio prompt but when we press the numberpad to enter any digit it's not detected.

I already check the MTP required option in bothe CUCM intercluster trunk.

Regards,

M.Sherif

You may try with SIP trunk b/w Cisco CUCM clusters.

And also, the following link might help...
