Cisco IP phone 3905 not making calls with CME 10.5(ISR4321)

Dear all,

 

I am using Cisco IP phone 3905 with CME 10.5.Unable to dial the 3905 phone in microphone pickup condition.After pressing 5 digit it stop and stick.But in hand-free condition it is ok.How to solve that issue.

I can able to make call with thirdparty phone normally.

Can you make the following changes and then test ?

voice register pool X
no digit collect kpml
dtmf-relay rtp-nte

voice register global
no create profile
create profile

Reset the phone being used for testing.

When you say microphone pickup condition, are you using a headset or the phone handset ? And what do you mean by hands-free ? Speakerphone mode ?

Yes your right!

Pickup condition mean call with phone handset and Hand free mean speaker phone mode.

Do you dial the number in speaker phone mode before going off-hook ?

Actually when I make call with 3905 IP phone,I pickup the phone-handset and press the number key.After I press about five keys before all phone number finish,the phone automatically sticky 

For example: When I press 09912345678,the phone is stick at 9909 and unable to make call in handset mode and speaker phone mode.But It is enable to dial when I press all number key and open the speaker phone mode or pick the handset.For that number is matching with the following dial-peer voice 2 pots.

Can you show me the voice register pool for this phone ? Is there only a single 3905 IP Phone ?

Also, if you are dialing 9909 number, that dial-peer should not be used. Attach your complete CME config in a text file.
