Hi Guys,
I'm wondering if it is possible to set up night-service for an ephone-dn which isn't registered to a phone/ephone?
I have no issues with getting it to work when all phones are registered but that's not how I'm wanting to set it up unfortunately.
The issue I'm having is that during the night-service hours phone calls will still go to the call-forward all number instead of re-routing to the night-service number.
Just wondering if this at all possible?
Here's what I have so far:
telephony-service
night-service day Sun 22:00 08:00
night-service day Mon 22:00 08:00
night-service day Tue 22:00 08:00
night-service day Wed 22:00 08:00
night-service day Thu 22:00 08:00
night-service day Fri 22:00 08:00
night-service day Sat 22:00 08:00
voice translation-rule 1
rule 35 /(number0)/ /(number1)/
ephone-dn 49 dual-line
number (number1)
label Test - (number1)
name Test
snr mode virtual
call-forward all (number2)
call-forward night-service (number3)
night-service bell

Hi,
Can you try to change the configuration as below and see if it makes any difference (I know it only increases the number of incoming calls this line can handle but just give it a try as I have this setup in one of my router), also where is this translation rule applied ?
ephone-dn 49 octo-line
number (number1)
label Test - (number1)
name Test
snr mode virtual
call-forward all (number2)
call-forward night-service (number3)
night-service bell
