need an assist with attendant console

When placing international calls on with the console software, it is adding a 9 before the number.  So if the operator dials 901144xxxxxxxxxx  the console will dial 9901144xxxxxxxxxxx  causing the call to fail.  no other phones have this issue.

this had to do with out maximum internal device digit length being set to low see below.

Chapter 8 Configuring cisco unified attendant console Administration guide

External Area Code is required for the External International Access Number to go in to effect.
Otherwise, outbound calls will default to the External Access Number.

 

Choose User Configuration > General Properties.
 Enter the General Properties:
• Internal/External Access—These properties enable Cisco Unified Attendant Console Advanced to
distinguish between internal and external calls:
– Minimum internal device digit length—the minimum number of digits used by an internal
device
– Maximum internal device digit length—the maximum number of digits used by an internal
device
