Anybody knows if this upgrade from 10.5.2.10000-5 to 10.5.2.12900-14 is Linux 2 Linux or Refresh Upgrade?

This should be a standard (non-refresh) upgrade.

RUs are only between major versions where you change the ESXi OS settings for the VM.
