Cisco ISE 1.4 with Cisco WLC 8.3

Dear Team,

Mycustomer have Cisco ISE 1.4 & they used Cisco WLC version < 8.3. Since there are vulnerabilities in WLC version < 8.3, the WLC must be upgrade to version 8.3.

But in Cisco ISE 1.4 compatibility document there are no WLC 8.3, https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/ise/1-4/compatibility/ise_sdt.html

The question, Is Cisco ISE 1.4 can support WLC version 8.3 ??

Yes it should work fine, although not specifically tested with 1.4 all the functionality is the same

You can use 2.x compatability docs to get a reference 8.3 was tested against ISE

Customer needs to move to 2.x
