CSCve98518 - Is a patch for ISE 2.1 addressing this defect forthcoming?

Are there any plans to patch, CSCve98518, Cisco ISE Guest Portal Login Limit Bypass (released as a PSIRT yesterday) in ISE trains other than 2.4?  Particularly, will it be addressed in the 2.1 train?  If so, which patch and is there an ETA for the patch?
