My customer is a long term user of ACS. They have version 5.4 currently and they want to upgrade to 5.8 as a short term measure, until they are able to purchase ISE later this year. I believe that to do this upgrade, they first have to upgrade from 5.4 to 5.6 then to 5.8, as per this document here:
However, the software site on CCO is only showing 5.8 as available for download – no other 5.x versions are there.
Can you please advise how my customer can get access to 5.6 or 5.7, to be able to complete the interim steps to upgrade?

Hi,
ACS is End of Life'ed and a lot of software versions are end of maintenance as well except for ACS 5.8.
Please see http://cs.co/acstoise for more information.
That said, ACS 5.4 is supported till March 2018 as per
End-of-Sale and End-of-Life Announcement for the Cisco Secure Access Control System 5.4 - Cisco
If you have an active support contract you can call up TAC and go from there. If not, please talk to your partner or Cisco Sales person on how to proceed.
Thanks
