ISE 2.7 Light Data Distribution

For the light data distribution feature, in the docs it says it spreads it to PSNs in the distribution via the messaging system. I'm assuming this is spread to ALL PSNs in the deployment? Or only to the other PSNs in the node group? It sounds like ALL PSNs, but I'd like to confirm.

Light Data Distribution is used to store the user session information and replicate it across the PSNs in a deployment, thereby eliminating the need to be totally dependent on PAN or MnT nodes for user session details. Source : https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/ise/2-7/admin_guide/workflow/html/b_deployment_2_7.html hence, with LDD every PSN in the deployment can find an actual owner of the session from the local Radius Session Directory cache.
