Hello All, We have an ISE deployment running 3.1 patch 3 and won't show radius live session
this issue occurs after the pach. what will be the possible solution?

roll back the patch and engage with TAC for the issue.

Try by the following steps.
Step 1: Go to "Administration" -> "Certificates" -> "Certificate Signing Request".
Step 2: Click "Generate Signing Requests (CSR) -> Usage Certificate(s) will be used for "ISE Root CA". -> "Replace ISE Root CA Certificate Chain".
Step 3: Click "Generate Signing Requests (CSR) -> Usage Certificate(s) will be used for "ISE Messaging Service". -> Select all Nodes -> "Generate ISE Messaging Service Certificate"
Step 4: Then Sync manually
This steps are worked for me.
