1. try using console connection. and if that also password protected which you dont know, go to step2.

It is not clear what the issue is or what about ssh is an issue. Perhaps telnet might be an option for accessing the router? I agree that access via console is a good option and as a last resort password recovery.

My problem is that the configuration I restored contains enable password and I don't have this password, so I cant login to my router,I just want to reset my router or bypass the configuration
