Prime Upgrade License from LMS 3.x to PI 1.2 / 2.x

Hi,

one of our customer has paid for the upgrade license from LMS 3.x to PI 1.2 last year. Now he wants to upgrade the system to PI 2.2x. Is the original upgrade license valid for PI 2.2 too?

Only if they purchased support for PI with the upgrade license.

For LMS 3.x upgrade license directly to PI 2.x, there's a new top level SKU: R-L-PI2X-U-K9.
