I have a couple of user that i have changed extensions in CUCM-9. I have also changed them in AD done the synchronization numbers have synchronized.
issue: When i log in to unity i check the users they still have the old extensions. When any one calls these people on the new extension they all get a general voice mail. how or what should i do to make unity get the new numbers where do i do the synchronization from.
Please give me detailed walk through i seem not to find resources on this matter.

And exactly what kind of users are these??
LDAP? local? AXL??

these users are local on the unity but i have synchronized CUCM with AD.

If they're just local users, whatever you do in CUCM will have absolutely no effect on them, you need to manage them independently.
