I create a Named ACL FILTER-COM1 to permit 162.98.8.15 0.0.255.255 but deny any out. Will the Wild card allow IP's at a lower value such as 162.98.5.6, or will deny it, i understand if the wild card mask is set to 0.0.0.10 it would permit only the 10 IP's. but again will it allow the entire octet from 162.98.0.0 to 162.98.255.255. or will it only allow 162.98.8.15 to 162.98.255.255.
